TENNIS BLAST - FOR TEENS & ADULTS
  • Tennis Blast is could be described as the “Boxercise” of Tennis.
     
  • Participants of all abilities will experience the ultimate tennis focused cardio and strength improvement.
     
  • The workouts take various forms, but most features 1-3 minute bursts of high intensity exercise followed by 20-60 second rests.
     
  • A typical Tennis Blast program involves 30-60 minutes of tennis themed aerobics and footwork patterns, then blended with Offensive, Defensive and Rally Forehands and/or Backhands, Volleys and inserts of Serves and Smashes.
     
  • After a Blast session, players have the option of then practicing their skills, playing some games or chilling out over a cool drink.
