• Description
   
  Includes:
  • 20 minutes of conditioning such as tennis aerobics, tennis boxing, tennis skipping, athletic warmups and agility/reaction work.
  • 20 minutes of tennis specific shadow tennis (contact moves) which includes some hitting of balls.
  • 15 minutes of tennis strengthening including leg, upper body (band) work, core strengthening and flexibility.
