The Tennis Blast
program is a skill based total body workout that contains tennis
specific footwork, aerobics, ladders, leg strength, abdominals,
exercise bands and stretches that are used by the world’s top
professionals.
It was created by David Bailey, one of the world’s leading footwork specialists and an experienced fitness trainer of many Grand Slam players and Kerry Dock, a Sydney based coach who has trained over 5,000 players of all ages and abilities.
