String, restringing & tension
We can help you decide on the string and tension you choose. Your choice will depend on

• How often you play
• Preference for comfort, feel and durability

Restringing Tip: Increasing the tension that your racquet is strung with will increase control but lower power. Lowering the tension that your racquet is strung with will increase power but lower control. The aim is to string your racquet at a tension that will optimize your level of power and control. You with your coach’s help should have a good idea of what tension you need, but you may need some trial and error to find your favourite tension, but even this will change in different conditions.
